I deliver and design unique bespoke packages consisting of exercise programmes, integrated with manual therapies to rehabilitate clients with Pain Management Treatment Plans. With over 16 years’ experience, I work with clients suffering from back pain, joint pain, muscular imbalances, postural issues, sports injuries and sports massage therapies. My speciality is stretching exercise programmes.
As an experienced and accredited YMCA Personal Trainer, Sports Massage Therapist, Exercise Practitioner, Referred Exercise Instructor (GP), and an accredited Advanced Dorn Practitioner, I am passionate about my work. I believe in designing a complete integrated treatment plan with the different types of therapies I practice, combined with an exercise and stretching programme, specifically tailored for the needs of the client’s condition. I also provide clients with Health & Fitness Evaluations, Nutrition & Weight Management Advice and offer luxuriously warming and relaxing massage treatments with meditation.
“Treatment plans are bespoke and designed around the client’s individual needs and conditions, that they present at the time of consultation.”
I have worked as a member of the well-being team for Champneys luxury health spa resort at Springs in Leicestershire, offering fitness and sports massage service to the elite and celebrity clientele. After leaving I continued to work as a free-lance Sports Massage Therapist for Champneys and a Fitness and GP Referred Instructor at Measham Leisure Centre. This was run by North West Leicestershire District Council, for the North West Leicestershire GP Referral Scheme.
Above all, I am committed to Continued Professional Development (CPD) and attend online webinars, online training and courses, yearly workshops, health and fitness events, therapy expos, seminars, and conventions. This is crucial to keep up to date on current fitness trends and to be successful in the forever growing Therapy and Fitness Industry. This is essentially so important to share new information and knowledge in order to educate my clients.
2022 is now well underway, but COVID-19 is sadly still amongst us and here to stay.
We have all worked together during 2020 and 2021, both myself and clients to keep ourselves as safe as possible.
With this in mind, we will continue to work by strict safety measures to provide a safe and welcoming environment for your treatments. The wearing of a mask/face covering will still be compulsory in the treatment room during your appointment, unless you are exempt for health reasons.
